Received her bachelor in English Language in IAU Tehran Branch, got extensive experience in HRM after obtaining academic certificates and more than 15-years' experience as HR Manger/Director in big International companies. She obtained her Master in Corporate Communication from University Putra Malaysia. The title of her thesis was ‘The influence of globalization on “lookism” in workplace environments of different cultures.’ She is expert in HRM, Communication, Corporate Communication, PR. She now acts as HRM Consultant in a private company.
