Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He also served as Lecturer in Public Administration at University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He obtained BSS (Hons.) degree in Public Administration from University of Dhaka. After having this degree he has received Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from London Metropolitan University, UK. He has done two internships, one in London Borough of Islington, UK and other in The Asia Foundation, Bangladesh consecutively. He has published articles both in national and international journals and collaborated with Professor Dr. Mohammad Mohabbat Khan in producing international conference papers, articles and book chapters.
